What is the Peer Donation Tool?
2Dialog’s Peer Donation Tool is a web-based application that allows individuals, organizations, and communities to fundraise online for their respective cause. Fundraisers are encouraged to upload pictures, videos, and a personal message to their personal fundraising page and share it via email and social media networks. The Peer Donation tool offers a more active approach to fundraising, allowing fundraisers to connect with donors on a more personal level in support of the cause.

Who can use the Peer Donation Tool?
2Dialog’s Peer Donation Tool is accessible to anybody with a connection to the Internet and is designed to easily create, manage and share donation pages.

I’m a first time fundraiser, how do I set up my account?
Please go to: http://support.allanhouston.org/fundraise to create and sign-up for an account.

Is the system secure?
Yes, all transactions are processed via SSL and 2Dialog securely handles all transactions and user information.

2Dialog securely deposits the funds into the Allan Houston Legacy Foundation account.

How can I track who has donated to my event/campaign/cause?
The Peer Donation Tool allows you to track, monitor and record all contributions (both online and offline).

I just donated to a cause and it’s not showing up online.

How do I link my event page to various social media sites?
Fundraising pages are equipped with multiple social networking and sharing tools. Fundraisers can easily post to Facebook, Twitter and more. Fundraisers may also email their page to contacts within their address books.

How do I add photos/videos to my page?
The edit page allows fundraisers the ability to upload personal images, videos and documents as well a written description explaining their reason for fundraising.

If I receive cash donations how can I post them online?
There is an option to submit offline donations to the fundraiser’s page. These offline donations will count towards the fundraiser’s ultimate goal.

What if I change my mind about the amount I want to donate? Can I cancel my donation?
Please contact the Allan Houston Legacy Foundation with regards to a refund.

Are there any fees?
There is a nominal 7% administrative overhead fee that goes towards each transaction. All proceeds go directly to the Allan Houston Legacy Foundation.
